1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

  • It is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • You initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • It was not marked as a final sale item at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads or e-products
  • Items marked as “final sale”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@pmfashion.in to raise a return request.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
