PM Fashion believes in helping its customers as much as possible and follows a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Order Cancellation
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped by our vendors/merchants.
• Non-Cancellable Items
- PM Fashion does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
- However, a refund or replacement can be provided if the customer proves that the delivered product’s quality was not satisfactory.
• Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery.
- The request will be processed after the merchant verifies and confirms the issue at their end.
- If the product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, notify Customer Service on the same day of receipt. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
• Products With Manufacturer Warranty
- For items that include a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any service, repair, or replacement.
• Refund Timeline
- Once approved by PM Fashion, refunds will take 9–15 days to be processed and credited back to the customer’s original payment method.
• Replacement / Exchange Timeline
- Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 5–6 days.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 9–15 days.
